Customer may purchase, lease, subscribe to, or otherwise use trading tools or other technology provided by third parties (collectively “Technology”) in trading through Tradovate.  Such technology is compatible with Tradovate software but is not developed or offered by Tradovate (but the Technology may be included in an optional module for the Tradovate software developed by Tradovate).  Tradovate does not endorse the Technology or its sponsor, or any documentation related to the Technology.  Tradovate is not responsible for the performance of the Technology in trading through Tradovate, and Customer assumes all risk and responsibility for the use of any such Technology, including but not limited to the risk of trading losses incurred by Customer while using the Technology to trade through Tradovate
